Emotional Freedom Techniques, EFT, are a self-healing energy therapy for releasing your limiting beliefs. The EFT tapping technique (aka meridian tapping) is simple, safe and painless and often produces instant results.
I first heard about EFT through Bob Doyle's Wealth Beyond Reason program. And if you saw the movie The Secret but have been frustrated about not seeing any results then the Emotional Freedom Techniques will be an incredible discovery for you too.
EFT goes hand in hand with the Law of Attraction because it eliminates the emotional, unconscious resistance that blocks you from having more peace in your life plus it's a fantastic natural stress reliever.
I wasted no time at all experimenting with it myself and I had incredible results right away. I tried the EFT tapping technique and within days I got clear on some deep relationship issues that I had been struggling with for months.

EFT was founded by Gary Craig and is based on the ancient principles of acupuncture. It's actually an emotional version of acupuncture without the needles. It's a simple tapping technique that gently realigns the body's energy system and incorporates an emotional element into the healing process.
Emotional Freedom Techniques address the feelings, especially the negative feelings, about issues in your life, for example: fears, phobias, sadness, anger or just about anything that interrupts the smooth and peaceful flow of your life.
EFT therapy is founded upon the belief that negative emotions resulting from conflicts throughout your lifetime have caused a disruption in the flow of your body’s energy.
Physical and emotional health is about balance and harmony. An out of balance energy system stresses the body. What causes stress? The answer is really quite simple. Negative emotions, feelings, thoughts, ideas and beliefs cause stress. Every thought and emotion has a physiologic response.
You may not have heard of EFT, and it looks kinda weird. The good news is... it works! It requires a simple tapping with your fingertips on certain key power points on the body to neutralize negative emotions. While tapping, you state a truth about how you feel along with a positive affirmation.

People that are applying Emotional Freedom Techniques to themselves are having incredible results. But some cases are more complex and may require more detailed attention from an experienced EFT practitioner.
There is probably nothing you can think of that can't be treated with EFT...isn't that an incredible thought? This one technique could be responsible for helping you achieve greater peace and harmony in so many areas of your life.
Don't forget though, it is up to YOU to do the work. Once you get the hang of it, you will probably find yourself using EFT to alleviate routine annoyances like traffic anxiety and waiting in line and you'll have much more peace in your life.
